The project management board is the highest-level authority and is responsible for providing direction to the project and its success. Furthermore it will hold responsibility for running the project, formulating strategic objectives, and resolving the conflicts. The board will have the Scientific Coordinator and the Administrative Coordinator as its members and may consist of other members from the project partmers. The Project Management Board is set up by the General Assembly in its initial meeting.
